• Once you complete your registration process, click on the ‘Product listing’ button in the Dashboard. Just fill your artwork details and upload a high-quality image. You can upload as many artworks as you like. Photograph you upload of your artwork is the only reference the buyer has to the final product he or she is buying. It is essential that the image you upload truly represents of the beauty of the art you have created.
• Ensure that you click good quality images as images of poor quality might affect the purchasing decision of the buyer.
• Please only upload original paintings that are exclusively yours. By accepting the terms & conditions while uploading the images you are bound to maintain the originality of paintings to the buyer. You certificate with painting is a proof of the same.
• Please do not upload copied/reproduced/similar paintings of known or unknown artists, as it’s a violation of the terms & conditions accepted by you on KalaSangrah.in. Violation of the terms & conditions will lead to banning of your profile on KalaSangrah.in. You will also be liable for legal action.
• Once you upload the image of an artwork, it goes to our back-end team for the moderation process. Once it is approved by moderator, the image gets shown on the KalaSangrah website.
•Preferred format is JPEG or PNG with a size of less than 2MB. Ideally, an image clicked by a good quality Mobile fulfils both the criteria.

• Roll the painting & put into the box.
• Take a printout, fill & undersign the certificate attached in the order mail for each painting.
• Roll & put the certificate in same box with painting.
• Pack the box with waterproof material & courier on following address.
• Please avoid artwork that are framed or on canvas boards as it is difficult to courier them at long distances.
• We prefer paintings in rolled canvas or paper format.
• Ensure you use good quality packaging material as any damaged painting will not be accepted & returned to you.
• The artist is paid once the buyer receives the artwork. Because sometimes, the artwork may be returned or cancelled during the order process. So, after 15 days, buyer receives the artwork artist is paid for the artwork sold.
• Once your Painting is sold on KalaSangrah.in, you will receive a confirmation email. Please courier the painting within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email.
• You are free to set your prices on KalaSangrah. Remember to include 15 to 30% KalaSangrah commission while you price your artwork. Commission percentage depends on your membership level. Our charges include our commission, promotions, shipping, handling, IT infrastructure and recognizing the Artist.
• Before setting a price for your artwork, compare it with the price fetched by similar works in terms of dimension, technique, number of hours spent and style.
